We provide free shipping across India on all our products. Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across India, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

There are two parts to the delivery timeline:

• Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. After placing an order, all orders will be processed within one day.

• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouses to the destination. Once your order is shipped from us, you will be receiving Email and SMS alerts on every movement of your package. Otherwise, you can also track the order in detail by visiting 'My Account' section on the website. Delivery usually takes less than four working days to reach your doorstep. Please also, keep in mind that during holidays, this time may vary. Please do not worry if it doesn't show up in the tracking immediately, it is on its way!

REFUND AND RETURNS:

We are here to make sure that you are happy with what you buy from us. We do offer returns and exchanges. If you are not satisfied, you can return it or exchange it for a different or same product(s) from our store. If you don't want any replacement currently, you can get the refund in the form of a store credit voucher of the same amount as your order value, which you can use anytime without any expiration. In the unlikely event that a product arrives not as described, we will only send replacements for damaged/missing product If you inform us within 4 days of receipt of the package, after that, no returns or replacements will be accepted. We offer Refunds in the form of Store Credit Voucher only. Tempered glasses, lens protectors, ring holders, pop up stands, phone charms / lanyards phone wallets cannot be returned or exchanged. Products sold on more than 50% discount as not eligible for return.

The product will be eligible for the Exchange only if the product is in unused condition with the labels and stickers still intact.
